Where is happiness?

You might had heard name of great Pascal, the great scholar.

Once some one had asked him about Happiness. So replied very good answer, that :-

" You can't make person happy, he must learn how to be happy."

Don't you think, this is 100% correct definition of happiness. In today's life of every human being, we see, lack of confidence on own self. He/she has confidence on rest of all other people, but very low confidence on own self. When we realize that happiness is our inside, not out side, we are king of our self. And the same message is passed in one of the animated movie  -- Kungfu Panda.

Inner peace , Inner peace , Inner peace ...... This is most important thing in our life.

And that's why now a days, people are more attracted to MEDITATION.

Actually meditation is not matter of attraction or matter of showcase. It should be part of our life, and we should do it very easily everyday. Rather than making it very hard. Meditation is just matter of practice, nothing else. As much we practice, we can do it very well day by day.

Before few months, I had started Yogasan, and feeling that, I have to spread word about it. 


So here I am just trying to share few good things which I come to know about the YOGASAN. 


Hope you will find them helpful to you and your family. 


In today's busy life no one have much more time to spend for exercise and physical fitness. 

But at the same time, everyone know that, it is very important to keep our body healthy.  

But it is not necessary that we have to spend few hours everyday to do exercise / yogasan. If I say, you can do it by only spending 10-15 mins everyday then?  Yes, you can. 


There are lots of good Yoga, which doesn't took much more time, and give us good exercise. 

And if you do only SuryaNamaskar( Sun Salutation, even then it is very good for our body, as it will cover entire body's exercise.  

Few Good/Plus Points of SuryaNamaskar. ( Sun Salutation) 


(1) It will not took too much time to do. 

(2) Can do at any open place. [Even we can do it in hall, balcony]
(3) No extra instruments required. 
(4) No need to pay anybody for it. 

So lets start from today itself, it will took only few minutes to do it, but will make you very Happy and Healthy.
